A bit about us, since you’re here.
In 2013, during several stints in New York eating, drinking and generally enjoying life, two friends began to develop an idea for a new NYC-inspired food and cocktail concept. And when the perfect basement space came up just off High Street Kensington, concept-turned-reality and Dirty Bones was born.
Since then, Dirty Bones has been an institution for over 10 years. Our vision has always remained the same: we transport people and give them a soundtrack to eat and drink to, along with a generous slice of New York.
No.1 Good Times
We make creative comfort food using quality ingredients, it's not simply a copy and paste of New York cuisine but more an inspired take of the sounds, the vibes, the lives of New York. We mix creative, signature cocktails, play old-school funk, soul & hip hop. We have fun.
In the last few years we’ve grown bigger and grown up (sort of), but we’re still keeping it real and doing what we do best. Our menu has changed over time, from the original Hot Dogs and Wings to slow cooked on-the-bone dishes, to showstopper burgers. to where we are today. We've taken direction from our guests and their desires for indulgence to create a menu focussing on the fresh and the vibrant.
We're all about inclusivity, that's why around 90% of our menu is Halal friendly, and 75% is naturally Gluten Free. Yeah, we're still on the indugent side but with more balanced plates which leave you wanting a Dirty Bones experience again and again.
